Digital
As a digital development practitioner I work across all kinds of digital media using a range of platforms, frameworks and technology. Below are some examples of recent projects I have developed for some of my clients.
One CX Program, Department of Customer Service, Digital NSW – Senior Product Owner, and then Senior Change Advisor, responsible for the end-to-end management of digital products and multidisciplinary delivery teams, taking products from strategy through to implementation, stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement to meet organisational and NSW Government objectives as we uplifted agencies to nsw.gov.au (built on Drupal). With over 450 websites across 12 NSW government portfolios, the mission was to empower and collaborate with government partners to create a more connected, accessible, and inclusive future for all of NSW. (Agency migrations included Local Land Services and Liquor & Gaming; also supported Building Commission NSW, NSW Fair Trading, TfNSW, Department of Communities and Justice and Victim Services.)
Destination NSW – Led delivery of the organisation's flagship digital transformation program as the in-house Digital Project Manager, redeveloping DNSW's corporate website (built on Sanity) as part of the NSW 2030 Visitor Economy Strategy and delivering an award-winning digital platform – in partnership with digital agency Nightjar – for industry stakeholders that elevated the organisation’s profile and audience engagement.
